每周一次的晚自习督导（2小时，不带薪）
每年最多参加3次周末入学活动（每次半天，不带薪）
1. 英语教师（IGCSE/A level）
薪资福利:人民币15，000-25，000元/月
职责:
-为IGCSE/A-Level课程提供完整的英语沉浸式教学；
-培养学生的综合语言技能，重点是学术英语；
-提供有针对性的雅思/托福备考；
-根据熟练程度设计不同的教学计划；
-使用真实的测试材料，提高考试成绩；
-每周晚间辅导（2小时，无薪）；
-每年最多参加3次周末入学活动（每次半天，不带薪）。
要求:
-英语/语言学学士及以上学位（海外学位优先）；
-IELTS 7.5+（无分值小于7.0）或同等成绩；
-有雅思教学/国际教育经验者优先；
-有高雅思成绩的证明记录（7.0+学生）；
-有教学认证（PGCE/TEFL/TESOL）者优先。
2. 数学教师（IGCSE/A level）
薪资福利:人民币15，000-25，000元/月
职责:
-教授纯数学/力学/统计学及进一步数学；
-针对不同学习者实施分级教学；
-为课程开发做出贡献；
-每周晚间辅导（2小时，无薪）；
-每年最多参加3次周末入学活动（每次半天，不带薪）。
要求:
-数学/应用数学学士及以上学位（海外学位优先）；
-IELTS 6.5+，全英文授课；
-精通数学进修大纲（复数、矩阵等）；
-有教学认证者优先。
3. 理科教师（物理/化学）（IGCSE/A level）
薪资福利:人民币20，000-30，000元/月
职责:
-提供IGCSE和A-Level物理或化学的全英文教学；
-编制符合国际课程标准的教学计划；
-进行以学生为中心，探究式学习；
-监督实验室实验，指导科学项目；
-支持考试准备和研究项目；
-每周参加一次晚上自学任务（2小时，不带薪）；
-支持市场营销/开放日活动（每年最多3个半天，无薪）。
要求:
-物理/化学/工程专业本科以上学历（海外学历优先）；
-母语或近母语英语水平；
-熟悉国际考试要求；
-有教学认证者优先。

Responsibilities:
-Deliver full English immersion instruction for IGCSE/A-Level courses;
-Develop students' comprehensive language skills with emphasis on academic English;
-Provide targeted IELTS/TOEFL preparation;
-Design differentiated lesson plans based on proficiency levels;
-Utilize authentic test materials to improve exam performance;
-Weekly evening study supervision (2 hours, unpaid);
-Participation in maximum 3 weekend admission events per year (half-day each, unpaid).
Requirements:
-Bachelor's+ in English/Linguistics (overseas degree preferred);
-IELTS 7.5+ (no sub-score <7.0) or equivalent;
-Prior IELTS teaching/international education experience preferred;
-Proven track record of high IELTS scores (7.0+ students);
-Teaching certification (PGCE/TEFL/TESOL) preferred.
2. Mathematics Teacher IGCSE/A level)
Salary & Benefits: RMB 15,000-25,000/month
Responsibilities:
-Teach Pure Math/Mechanics/Statistics & Further Math;
-Implement tiered instruction for diverse learners;
-Contribute to curriculum development;
-Weekly evening study supervision (2 hours, unpaid);
-Participation in maximum 3 weekend admission events per year (half-day each, unpaid).
Requirements:
-Bachelor's+ in Math/Applied Math (overseas degree preferred);
-IELTS 6.5+ for full English instruction;
-Expertise in Further Math syllabus (complex numbers, matrices, etc.);
-Teaching certification preferred.
3. Science Teachers (Physics/Chemistry) (IGCSE/A level)
Salary & Benefits: RMB 20,000-30,000/month
Responsibilities:
-Deliver full-English instruction in IGCSE and A-Level Physics or Chemistry;
-Prepare lesson plans aligned with international curriculum standards;
-Conduct student-centered, inquiry-based learning;
-Supervise lab experiments and guide science projects;
-Support exam preparation and research projects;
-Attend one evening self-study duty weekly (2 hours, unpaid);
-Support marketing/open day events (max 3 half-days per year, unpaid).
Requirements:
-Bachelor's+ in Physics/Chemistry/Engineering (overseas degree preferred);
-Native or near-native English proficiency;
-Familiarity with international exam requirements;
-Teaching certification preferred.
